Katsîna Daawah Distributes BUA Donated Bags Of Rice As Palliatives To Funtua Women

Katsina State office of women in Daawah has distributed bags of Rice as palliatives to women in funtua local government area.

Beneficiaries are women displaced by bandits in the area, widows, divorcees, orphans and the less privileged.    

The state coordinator of the Daawah, Hajia Halima Mohammed Laila said that 150 vulnerable women benefitted from the gesture.

She said the rice was a donation given to women in Daawah by Alhaji Abdulsamadu Isyaka  Rabiu (BUA) foundation for distribution to the needy women.

Hajia Halima Mohammed laila noted that similar distribution would be conducted in katsina, Jibia, Faskari and Dandume among other local government areas in the state.

She announced that about ten thousand women are expected to benefit from various relief assistance sourced by the women in Daawah in katsina state.

In their separate remarks, Hajia Hannatu sha’aibu, Amina Dalha and Hajia Bilkisu Abdulkadir thanked BUA foundation for the distribution of the food items and urged other individuals and groups to emulate the kind gesture.
